Obviously Offbeat is the ever-evolving solo work of St. Louis-based producer and multi-instrumentalist, Kevin Koehler. Perhaps best known for his work in the hip-hop fusion group iLLPHONiCS, Koehler conjures a much different sound when taking full rein. Infinite Will showcases a sound focused in “alt-Americana” and “psychedelic indie-pop”. Koehler’s influences, ranging from Wilco and My Morning Jacket to Paul McCartney and Pink Floyd, are readily apparent in his music and creative approach.
