Music for Stage and Screen!

Join conductor Ed Jacobs and The Metropolitan Orchestra of St. Louis for the 2024 Summer Season of Music for Stage and Screen! 

These family friendly free outdoor concerts will explore music from Opera, Broadway, Cinema
and Television. The concert features themes from the “small screen” and soundtracks from the “big screen,” as well as music written for opera and the dance stage. 

Bring a chair, relax and enjoy beloved works from The Sound of Music, Pirates of the Caribbean, Harry Potter and The Wizard of Oz, plus selections from Giuseppe Verdi, Paul Dukas, Charles Gounod and James Reese Europe.
